I cannot praise this surgery enough. The staff have been amazing with our animals. Friendly, helpful and do their best to make sure the right treatment options (and pricing) is available to suit our needs.

We used this vets twice and have received good care and prompt appointments. However our last trip was a concern. We took a cat in with an abscess resulting from a cat bite. This is one of the most common problems with cats and one we dealt with many time before. However this time we were advised the treatment would be to anesthetize the cat, drain the abscess, insert tubes to continue draining and have antibiotics - this was quoted at a cost of £800. We asked if the abscess could just be lanced (as had been done before). This was done and with antibiotics cost under £100. Still quite high but £700 cheaper then the alternative offered. We were somewhat shocked that what seemed like unnecessary treatment at such a cost was offered and would give me pause in future. Just so you know, over a week later our cat is fine. The wound is healed and no further problems from the abscess was experience....as in all our times before.
